How to buy
Shopping at Invivobeauty.com is very easy. Just follow these steps:
- Choose from the top section (Perfumes, Make up, Hair care) and then the product type (Relaxers, Conditioners, Perfumes, Toiletries).
- View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price.
- Select an item and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
- If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the process but if you wish to process the order, select the basket at the top right of the screen to begin checkout
- Once you have entered your details, check that they are correct and click on confirm.
- Choose whether you want to receive it via standard or express delivery and check that the shipping and billing addresses are correct.
- Select a payment method: Interswitch webpay (you can use Visa, Mastercard debit/credit cards here) or payment on delivery (either by cash of Pos machine)
- Confirm the order.
- You will receive an email and phone call confirming your order.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes, all images displayed on the website are of the actual product.
Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about Invivo’s latest new products and offers?
Yes. By simply clicking on Newsletter you will receive information on Invivo’s latest products and events.
How do I recover my forgotten password?
If you've forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log-in section. Enter your e-mail address and we'll send you an e-mail telling you what you need to do.
How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service team on 0800 7 000 000 who will be happy to help you.
Can I remove items from my order?
Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order by calling our customer service team on 0800 7 000 000 who will help you with cancellation.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
Invivobeauty.com only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service on 0800 7 000 000
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service on 0800 7 000 000
Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box) We only deliver in Lagos state for now.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard deliveries take 1 to 2 working days
How much do I pay for delivery service?
Standard delivery – N500 (FREE for orders over N10,000)
What is the delivery process?
For home deliveries, a member of our customer service team will call you to confirm the delivery date. We will also send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse)
How do I return an item?
You can request a home pick-up service to return an item (items to be returned must be in an unused and resellabe condition. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of an item that has been worn). After verifying all the details, we will send a courier to collect your package within 24-48 hours (wherever possible). The courier will get in touch with you in order to arrange the service details. If for some reason the arranged date is not convenient for you, you get in touch with them to change it.
How long do I have to return an item?
Returns can be made within 14 days from date of purchase.
